Project REACH

Launched in 2019 to serve GINYC alumnae after high school graduation, our college and career programing helps these students, many of whom are first generation, stay in college and accomplish their goals for career success.  Our unique model supports participants with financial literacy, academic enrichment, social emotional learning, professional development, and holistic wellness.

Program components are offered remotely and in-person to accommodate local and out-of-state students, and include:

  • one-on-one, research-based case management
  • empowerment programs
  • academic advising; and
  • career advising

Program staff check in on students regularly to make sure they are supported in their education and inform them about opportunities and events.
