Financial Literacy

Students learn how to make smarter financial decisions and develop entrepreneurial skills through our programs, Her Future and Girl Boss.

Designed for teen girls, this first-of-its-kind financial literacy curriculum and mobile app aim to transform their relationship to money through experiential education. 

Our curriculum presents a new reality to students, encouraging them to move away from thinking of money through a scarcity lens toward one of abundance.  Whereas other organizations bring girls into financial spaces using a didactic model, our approach meets girls where they are, using technology so they can integrate their learnings into their everyday lives.

Her Future
Students learn about topics like saving for college, applying for loans, and investing, financial planning at different life stages, strategies to reduce credit card debt.

Girl Boss
Girls are prepared with the skills and experiences needed to become the next generation’s entrepreneurs, C-suite leaders, data scientists, and innovators. Throughout our Girl Boss curriculum, students move from ideation to business plan, prototype, and pitch, while developing 21st century skills in communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and leadership.
